Shipping

We cater to all the states and territories of India. Presently, we don’t offer international shipping of our products, but we hope to begin soon.

We provide both free and paid shipping for orders. For orders above (specify the amount) (without taxes), we provide FREE shipping. For orders below (above amount), a flat rate of (amount) is applied for shipping of products.

Your order will be shipped from (place of operation) within 1-2 business days of placing an order. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped and a tracking code to trace your order.

If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days of placing an order, please write to us at contact@narayanfrumos.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns Policy

We’re Sorry to know that you are thinking of returning your product. However, we are here to help!

We offer full refund for any unused product or its exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Our return policy is governed by the following terms:

·      All gift cards, samples, and discounted items are final and can’t be returned or exchanged

·      Returned items must have their tags intact and be returned in the original packaging

·      Returned items must not have any signs of usage or wear n tear

·      If you are returning the product because you received a damaged or defective product, please send us an email with the product pictures within 10 days of delivery. We’ll assess the extent of damage and provide a full refund if applicable

To initiate a return or exchange, follow the below steps:

1.     Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID

2.     Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from the orders you placed

3.     Print your prepaid shipping label which you received by email

4.     Send all items back to us using the label provided

You need not pay for shipping the return or exchange items, and will receive your refund amount within 7 days of shipment of the returned product.
